It was midday, with clear, deep blue skies. As I drove by, I noticed the distant hills, freshly harvested and no longer green and brown. I appreciated the minimalism of the scene, with the natural gradient of the deep blue sky meeting the hills and the green foreground of the yet-to-be-harvested crop.
